What I've Learnt.


I recommend you all to read these books and hit the advice. X)

Sorry for not blogging the past few days again...
Was trying hard to study at home and went out on the Saturday evening to watch Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
However the cinemas in Singapore time slots were filling up very fast...
So didn't manage to watch it...
But I catch it on Sunday late evening at Cineleisure.
I hate to deny it, but the movie is sure nice. X)
Then, today went out with a friend of mine...
Ate my lunch, went to post out an item for my customer and then went to a bookstore, HARRIS.
I noticed a book, written by Andrew Matthews, "Being a Happy Teen".
I recommend this book to you all, it's really a best book in giving advice to change your point of views in things...
May even lead you to a successful path. X)
However, it was the GSS (Great Singapore Sales) period now.
So, buying 2 books and you'll be given a 20% off while buying 3 books, 25% discount!
So, I thought of buying it next time as nowadays I've spent quite a lot.
But my friend saw that I'm very interested in the 2 books on the picture shown above, so he bought me it. X)
Hahahs. Thanks thanks to him. X)
So later on, I found that there's another book by the same author.
Maybe I'll buy this book next time. X)

These books are highly recommended by me. X)
It's good if you want to improve yourself.
I shall share with you some content in that book to encourage you to buy them. X)

If You Keep Doing the Same Thing...
At thirteen, I was a little guy with a big mouth- and that got me into lots of trouble...
The older kids thought they should teach me a lesson. They dunked my head in the toilers. They locked me in cupboards. Tony Ferguson used to drop me headfirst into puddles. It's hard to look cool when you've just been dunked in a puddle.
My teachers also thought they should teach me to contol my tongue. They would send me to see the deputy principal. He had a big stick...

"Matthews, what are you doing here?"
"Mrs. Staurt said I was cheeky, sir."
"And were you cheeky?"
"Yes, sir."
"Didn't I see you last week?"
"Yes, sir."
"And what was that for?"
"Being cheeky, sir."
"Bend over!"
WHACK! WHACK!
"Have you learned your lesson?"
"Yes, sir!"

And the next week...
"Matthews, what are you doing here?"
"Mr. Roberts said I was cheeky, sir."
"Didn't I see you last week?"
"Yes, sir."
"And what was that for?"
"Being cheeky, sir."
"Bend over!"
WHACK! WHACK!
"Have you learned your lesson?"
"Yes, sir!"

I learned something from all this.
I learned that if you keep doing the same thing in life, you keep getting the same results!
If you want your life to be different, you have to change your behaviour.

Okay... Isn't it interesting? Hahahs!
This is what caught my interest...
From this book, you can learn from other person's experience and make it a lesson for yourself.
So I find it worth your time and money to spend on. X)

Ahhhh~ Today's the second day I'm using livejournal!
Added new friend, my long lost Habbo friend, Jingwen aka Jinggy!

I'm totally slacking away at my house the whole dayyyy. ~,~ *Ahhh...*
But nowadays, the heat is increasing rapidly!
It's like the Earth is going to get burnt!
Gosh. Anyway, I've finally done with my Reflection! *YAY-ness!*
&&I've just sent to the lecturer just few minutes ago. ;DD
Today I've booked with the home-salon boss lady on Thursday to rebond and cut my hair.
Hopefully, she'll make a new hairstyle for me.
However, also hope that she wouldn't make me cry like previous one as the length of my hair - SHORTENED! *sob*
Hahahahs!
This coming Friday, I'll also be going out with my Gan-di!
Ahhhh... It's been quite a long time since I last seen him! Wonder how he's doing. X)
Currently I'm watching "The Mummy (1999)" and also "Sailor Moon R".
Alright, don't laugh at me for watching Sailor Moon...
I'm too bored to watch anything since on-going animes still haven't out yet: 07-Ghost and K-ON. *Pfft*
I'll be aiming to do my WebPublishing assignment next!
